We are seeking a highly proficient and experienced IELTS Trainer to lead our English proficiency programs. You will be responsible for preparing candidates for their IELTS examinations through engaging classes, detailed feedbacks, and mock tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training modules covering Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening.
• Provide personalized feedback and track student learning curves.
• Design and evaluate weekly mock tests.
• Provide tips and test-taking strategies to help students achieve higher band scores.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer with outstanding test results.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Degree in English Literature, Linguistics, or related field. CELTA/TEFL certificate is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience in dealing with students.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students regarding our training programs (IELTS, OET, Spoken English, etc.) and counsel them to make informed decisions for their education and careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in candidates, phone inquiries, and web leads.
• Counsel students about various course structures, details, fees, and career pathways.
• Maintain follow-up logs and secure student enrollments.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules and mock batch allocations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in student counseling or sales in the training/education sector.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Positive, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
